AITA about thinking my BF has a very weird & unusual relationship with his ex-GF?

I'm in a relationship with "Steven" for a bit over a year and a half now. His best friend is his ex- girlfriend 'Karen' which is weird already. They text every single day, ‘just woke up’, ‘going out for a run’, ‘bought a new screen’.. she lives in a different country but still they meet 3-4 times a year. About a year ago, I asked “when am i meeting her”. Because she only visited when I was out of town. Steven said, 'we'll organise a hike in fall, you can join'. I agreed. And when the hike was organised, it was done in a way that I could not join (and my unavailability was known). Then, next time, he went to visit her when I was on holidays to celebrate New Years eve together with her! And now, I had an operation and cannot move. So when he said, Karen might visit for Easter, I told him, why don’ you invite her one week after, when I'm mobile again and can meet her? He agreed. This conversation happened while I was still in the hospital. And then when I asked what the plan is, I was informed that she cannot come the week after. Why do you care? When I told him, this seems way too coincidental, he said I'm being paranoid. And asked me if I want him to un-invite her, knowing very well that i cannot say that. AITA, for making this an issue?
