I reluctantly agreed to help them write the book. Eric is a better writer than me and is capable of writing the book himself. I write using prose whereas Eric can write good poems. Friends who have seen Eric's writings 👍praise him. A benefit I get is being able to learn how to write poetry from Eric. What do you think of my effort in the post of why I changed my icon to that of a butterfly 🦋? That post has been given place in this BBS because it documents an important transformation for me. A turning point of my life.Dawn does not 🖐️bother 😝 to read what is written by Eric. She 👎dismisses the praises of Eric's friends as mere politeness.A single praise 👍from Dawn would have encouraged Eric more than praises from 10 friends. A single 👎 criticism from Dawn affects Eric more than 10 critical 👎👎👎👎👎👎remarks from others. Dawn was the person that Eric 😍loved most and her opinion matters most to him.His self confidence was so badly shaken 🤢 by Dawn that he hardly writes nowadays. So he sought my help to write a book 📘 to share their 👥 story.Dawn and Eric are thankful to God for healing their marriage before it was too late. Neither of them have to be 👹 tormented 😈 by horrible memories. They can share sad memories as lessons and happy 👏 memories to spread joy and be encouragement They want to share their story so that other couples 👥 who are struggling 😡💔can be blessed.Unfortunately, I am also a writer 🥴with personal 💀 issues. The draft of Memories of the way we were was still not completed 2 years after I started to write it. After discussing with Dawn and Eric, we decided that drafts of some of the chapters that were ready be posted ⌨️ on Facebook.💻More years have passed and the book is still not ready. A new social media platform, BBS, has come on the scene. Anyone can set up a board on BBS and anyone who joins a board can post on the board.🖥️We decided to set up a board on BBS for Memories of the way we were. The flexibility of BBS will allow us to build a community where anyone can post and comment. We hope to have a community with a lot of interaction amongst 🧑🤝🧑👭👬👫 members. Members can freely post queries and helping one another with opinions, suggestions and commentsCounselors, Psychologists, Pastors etc are especially welcome. But the best are people who have gone through and came out stronger from pain. Sharing your experience will be very encouraging.A secondary purpose of this BBS board is to be an author's platform to build my credibility as an author. By exposing my writing it provides readers with what they can expect of me.Potential book publishers also require authors to have a sizeable social media presence. Publishers use the size of the social media platforms of aspiring authors to gauge the potential buyers of proposed books.
