When you buy low quality posts, especially common memes or NFT pics, they often get hidden by moderators or admin, when they get hidden, you lose the money you paid for them. When you create posts that don't need to be opened to be read, you don't collect the banner payout.
The banner is shown when the post is opened. You have to realize that very few people actually read much, they quickly scan post titles and only open posts that are very compelling to them, this is a problem for publishers.
So here is how you can improve, think of your title as a newspaper headline and use it that way to get more attention . A post for example "Top Alts" is not catchy enough for people to open the post. It could be improved like this, a Newspaper headline "TOP ALTCOINS - Why The Fed Is Worried !" or "TOP ALTCOINS - Why Your Mother Throws Shoes"!.
Imitating others successful posting techniques leads to success for yourself, you should have a picture in your post, but only after a good long paragraph of at lease 3 full sentences. the picture should be related to the post and should be a picture that most people have not seen. so not just some common picture, search google images for a pic that will work with the post. Royalty free pics are plenty.
The way i build my posts, I use this on every post i do, a Long Newspaper Heading type Title, then a long paragraph to start my post, then at least 1 good pic. My posts are longer than most and I actually prefer 3 pics. This draws readers into opening the post, whether they read the content or not, they see that the post has more pics. the 1st pic is the eye catcher, the 2nd pic reinforces the first pic, the 3rd pic is a teaser pic. In some of my posts, the 3rd pic is a women. if its related to the post, a pic of a beautiful women is a powerful teaser pic.
You have to understand, many people are not very good readers, or English may not be their primary language and that on BBS most users are men, you have to work with what you know to be true. Men are visual creatures by our very nature so use related pics to draw in the reader and compel them to open the post to either see more related pics or to read further, its hard to guess, but I would say the main age group of BBS is Male, 25- 40 years old, many play video games, that's why a lot of my posts are about games. My posts target the majority of the users on BBS so my posts have a better chance of being opened and read.
I myself am 56 years old and I don't play many games, I'm here to create content, help in the community and make money, so I use what I know to target the audience on here and increase the chances of my posts being opened.
Wherever you create content, whether on BBS or on some other website, you have to consider who the majority of the audience is and target them with something that will potentially compel them. Its the same with banner advertising. you don't try to advertise car parts to women 25-40 years old and you don't try to advertise cook books to men 25- 40 years old, It just does not work.
Posting the same type content as everybody else limits your chances of a higher cashable limit, mavericks and rogues who create fresh on topic content will always do better. If you follow the herd, you get lost.
I hope this helps, look at my posts or others great content creators as examples. Your posts don't need to be long like mine, but they do need a long Newspaper Headline Title, a long first paragraph of 2-4 sentences without spaces, a related unique pic. this is the minimum to create a good post that will compel a person to open the post so you get the banner payout and raise your cashable limit payout.
If your post is referencing an article on a different website, there should be a link to the source website at the very end to credit the original creator of the content.
Why not put a link in your post to your main profile? This increases the chances that people will visit your profile and click on other posts you have done, again raising your chances of a larger cashable limit payout.
