The following tags are confirmed to work. I will also add the examples with each tag.

1. Paragraph
TEXT
This is equivalent to the T ( text tool ). It convert the text inside into a paragraph

2.Image
This is tricky. The HTML tag for this is not needed actually. If you paste an image URL, it is automatically processed. Since we are uploading an image almost all the time it is not required most of the time.

3.List
Only unordered list exists in the BBS.
The format is,
- List Item 1
- List Item 2

4. The Warning Tool
It is a method to warn users of potential susceptible information etc.[ NO CODE FOUND BY ME ]

6.Hyperlink
It is a method to associate a text with an external link.

7.Heading
Heading can be of 3 types h1, h2 and h3. These are the 3 that BBS supports.

UNDERLINE Why Codes ?
It is very much easy to format using the tools. But the codes are handy if you are using it along with the tools. The paragraph tag can also helps us in a tough spot. The hyperlink tool has much more options than the tag I think. The list tool is also useful if we are copying from another source.
Personally , I find the tags for BOLD, ITALICS and UNDERLINE pretty useful and easy to use.
