I've been getting a lot of messages enquiring about how to get whitelisted and how long does it take and so on. So I just want to lay out some things and maybe it helps someone.
1.Getting whitelisted takes time
You can only be whitelisted by the BBS admin as far as I know. He/ she is a person who is not only engaged in this BBs ,but also busy with other things. So if you have notified the admin about you wanting to be whitelisted it is actually sent as a message. ( You can check the message center )
The messaging center is not a polished out one and is annoying at times to check all messages and forget which one I just checked. It may not be the case when you have 4-5 messages to take care of but when such a huge community ring up one person, it gets tedious and time consuming. So be patient.
As a result there is a rule that only users who have atleast $20 ready to cash out ( not wallet balance ) are instructed to initiate whitelisting process.
Getting to this $20 also takes time. So the overall point is to give it some time.
2. Keep your history clean
Keep your posts within the BBS rules. They can be viewed in the "About" section. Adhere to the rules and make sure your post history is clean.
If you have broke the rules in previous posts, just hide the post from your timeline. Also buy it back if someone has bought it before hiding it. ( if you can )
UPDATE : Hiding your post now deducts the Cashable earned from it. So be careful when you hide a post. Same is applicable if your post gets hidden by Admin or mods.
3. Post useful content in appropriate channels
There are channels for posting useful content with the community. Make use of them. Keep the engagement up.
Don't be shy to like a post. It is not going to cost you anything. Also try and comment to initiate some engagement on it. May it be your post or someone else's.
The more active you are, the more chance you have to get noticed and quicker whitelisting.
