STEP 2:

So now I'm going to discuss how to get Fantom from Binance to Metamask.

Remember Fantom fees a cheap, always send a small trial amount first 

First off if you haven't already you'll need to buy some Fantom on Binance, once this is done follow these steps.

Go to your Fantom and select Withdrawal:

This will bring up 2 options, you need to select Send via Crypto Network:

This brings up the page where you will need to enter your details of how and where you want to transfer:

Address: this is your metamask address, make sure you are on the Fantom mainnet. Copy your address from Metamask and paste it on Binanace.

Network: You want to select Fantom chain, this is the cheapest option and corresponds the address you've copied.

Amount: This is quite explanatory, its the amount you wish to transfer and stake, remember try a test amount 1st.

Once these are all filled in, double check them and confirm. This will bring up another page that you need to do your security checks and confirm you want to withdraw.

Once you've completed these it'll bring you to this page where you can confirm again. As you can see the fee is only 0.01 Fantom.

You'll then get a message saying your withdrawal is being processed:

After a few minutes you will be notified that it has been successful:

Now head over to Metamask and check your initial test payment has arrived. Once it has you can now repeat the steps for your remaining balance,

Hope this is of some help to someone,  I use binance due to not many exchanges having the Fantom mainnet withdrawal as a option.

Step 3 will be importing LQDR token to metamask.
