My entire running and walking was over 6km. However, due to the way how step.app was designed, i need to press start to start tracking my running at least 4-10km per hour (hiker sneak speed to earn kcal). And, stop the tracking of steps before i slow down at my destination point.
My second Step App run result
Earned 2.36 Kcal (or usd 2.50) for 3.5km in 19min. Good? I think it can be much better and earning results are largely depends on the quality of sneak attributes of activity, balance, resistance and luck.

After this 3.5km run, i lost my energy...i need to wait sometime to refill my energy. This part is another consideration to think about it.

Lost my durability.
This mean i need to repair my shoe for optimal earning. There is a repair cost. Resistance is the attribute to resist the drop of durability during the run.

I got zero kcal from this run due to my depletion of energy. Wow....got to figure out how to optimise the earning n running. Will start asking many questions to step.app team.

📢 Good News
I have a good news to share with the community. I gotten my health check report over the weekend. My level of good cholesterol and the bad cholesterol triglycerides are both in the healthy level now. Feeling blessed in 2023. I urge everyone not to forget to do exercise regularly. You can walk or run a bit more and stay in the pink of health.
