If this CB competition is going to be an exact replica of the WSOT competition. 
In that your performance is also tracked and tiered within an individual's performance on select subcategories of coins. I believe that a possible evolution of the approach executed on the last tournament would be to break the Sniper Squad into specialised battalions that will trade one specific subcategory of cryptocurrencies.

Sniper's NFTs could potentially be something that designates your specialty and rank, granting you access to closed Telegram/BBS CHARTS subgroups and recognise commendable performance/achievements in a given battalion / share in the successes of category specific victories.

I believe this diversity and incentive structure will benefit the Squad's performance on the whole as we are not all in unison aiming at potentially contrary trade setups.
