Chaotic Times for Travellers at Canada's Busiest Airport

I don't know if this is the new norm..but our Toronto International Airport is operating under chaotic times. People who are aware can mentally prepare for the long lines, cancellations, lost luggage, flight delays, and all-around disorder,  but if you are new to the airport..this can really put a damper on the vacation plans you have been looking forward to for so long.
