Eden Elections provide a fractal, democratic tournament style process where community members cooperate in video conferences to allocate community resources, power, and respect. The Eden community held it’s first trial Eden Election in May of 2021 and since then has hosted four more Eden elections with hundreds of dedicated community members.
Previously Eden Elections only rewarded the winners of each room and the only reward is EOS. Now, I propose that all participants who participate in Eden Elections should be eligible to receive EDEN Respect.
Proposal
Here is a proposal to give EDEN Respect to participants who reach consensus in the October 8th Eden on EOS Election.
EDEN respect would be issued in the following disbursement amounts: All Eden Election participants who reach consensus receive 5 EDEN. All layer 1 delegates receive 10 EDEN. All Chief Delegates receive 25 EDEN. Note: these amounts are not aggregated (ie a Chief Delegate would receive 25 EDEN, not 40 EDEN).
EDEN respect tokens would be claimable by election participants who verify that they participated via the Eden Fractal Discord or Telegram group. EDEN Respect distribution is subject to the approval of Eden Fractal community consensus.
