SL didn't pay attention to controlling the run rate,

SL didn't pay attention to controlling the run rate, says spin-bowling coach Howard Assalamualaikum everyone Sri Lanka have not played a Test in Galle in over a year, while one of their main spinners has not played long-format cricket for many months. Could this be why Sri Lanka's slow bowlers were inaccurate on day two of their Test against New Zealand. Spin bowling coach Craig Howard wasn't exactly trying to absolve the Sri Lanka spinners, but did suggest they needed a bit of time to get back into the groove in Galle. Still, they could have done better than they did, he said. The New Zealand batters' shot-making did present a challenge, Howard said. But he had confidence that if Sri Lanka's spinners bowled accurately, the match could turn in their favour. But if we see in the past siri lanka was good enough team. They had grip specially on his fielding. But now a days SL failed in fielding line but batting line is much better.  Control line and pitch also matter to get wicket. SL team should understand of their fallout also point out their weakness.  What's your thoughts on SL performance now a days... Sep 20, 2024

Bangladesh rely on Shadman to keep his 'head' steady

Bangladesh rely on Shadman to keep his 'head' steady Assalamualaikum friends Bangladesh opener Shadman Islam will be well aware that each time he bats against the experienced Indian spinners in the upcoming two-match Test series, he needs to ensure that his head does not fall away while batting. The 29-year-old scored 135 runs at an average of 45.33 in the recently concluded two-match Test series against Pakistan, which marked a brilliant comeback after a gap of two years. Shadman made his comeback noteworthy with a brilliant 93 in the first innings of the first Test. His knock gave immense confidence not only to him, but also the entire dressing room. Here also Pakistan lose his first match after losing this match Pakistan face lots of criticism. They tried their best to win this match. In this competition Bangladesh get lots of pressure. Why Jasprit Bumrah Is No Longer Team India's Test Vice-Captain

Why Jasprit Bumrah Is No Longer Team India's Test Vice-Captain Hello everyone India's star pacer Jasprit Bumrah, who served as the vice-captain during the Test series against England earlier this year, will not hold the same position in the upcoming first Test against Bangladesh. Although he remains a part of the squad, Bumrah will play as a regular team member rather than being Rohit Sharma's deputy. The absence of the vice-captaincy role for Bumrah suggests that the BCCI and team management may not envision him as a future captain. No doubt we can't ignore the significance of vice caption.India's approach to vice-captaincy has shifted. Hardik Pandya was replaced by Suryakumar Yadav in T20Is, and Shubman Gill has taken over the vice-captaincy duties in both ODIs and T20Is, raising speculation about his potential role in Test cricket. Replacement of any player doesn't gone delay. But we just wish their descion gone good for team.Sep 10, 2024

The more things change, the more Pakistan cricket stays the same

The more things change, the more Pakistan cricket stays the same Hello everyone After the 2024 T20 World Cup debacle, the latest in a string of disappointments since their Champions Trophy triumph in 2017, Pakistan cricket thought further personnel changes were the solution. Wahab Riaz and Abdul Razzaq were removed from the selection committee, and former Australian fast bowler Jason Gillespie was brought in as coach of the Test team. If the shocking series defeat to Bangladesh doesn't highlight the deeper issues that exist in Pakistani cricket, nothing will.Since the start of 2022, the Green Shirts have won none of their ten Tests at home, losing six and drawing four. The average first-innings score is 427.4 at 48.02 runs per wicket in these games. There are 5 PCB chairman since December 2022. Every year they make changes in team. Just announced we are hire fitness trainer or Coach everyone remember when PCB hire Mickey Arther. But progress nill. From the last world cup series we cannot see any progress in team. But chairman and players have highly paying amount in every month and series. We just say good luck Pakistani team... Regard @pariSep 6, 2024

Virat Kohli urged to come out and help struggling Babar Azam after Pakistan's Bangladesh debacle: 'Show some support'

Virat Kohli urged to come out and help struggling Babar Azam after Pakistan's Bangladesh debacle: 'Show some support' India's Virat Kohli has once again been dragged into the debacle that is Babar Azam's form amid Pakistan's 0-2 whitewash at the hands of Bangladesh in the Test series. The former India captain has been asked to show support for struggling Babar so that his fortunes and that of Pakistan's cricket can change. Kohli is currently in London with his family and will most likely make his much-awaited comeback to cricket along with the rest of his teammates when India host Bangladesh for a two-Test series at home. However, before he can do that, fans from across the border want the Indian batting star to return the favour to the former Pakistan captain. No doubt Virat kholi is best player in his time. Babar posted on X that he should come out and Virat kholi say thank you in his kind gesture. This is good for Babar that a successful player comes out and help him in his crises. But this is misfortune or his failure of Babar that he can't perform well in first test match with Bangladesh. If Virat come out we warm welcome again in field. Nahid Rana: A new express finds his fame in Rawalpindi

Nahid Rana: A new express finds his fame in Rawalpindi Nahid Rana runs in like the wind from the Pavilion End at the Rawalpindi Stadium. He releases the ball like a catapult, from high up - he is 6'2" after all. The 140kph deliveries thud into Litton Das' gloves behind the stumps. It's still scorching hot in Rawalpindi. There are barely 100 people in the stands. Rana, like so many other fast bowlers from the subcontinent, is used to bowling in empty stadiums. Rawalpindi, home of perhaps the most famous "express" in cricket, is no different. On this dull Monday morning, it's possibly worse. Rana touches 150kph on a few occasions. He had crossed 150 on his Test debut against Sri Lanka. He is not entirely an unknown for Pakistan. I think this is good outcome for Pakistan. Now they struggled I hope so they win second test match. But now a days their is too much hot weather but somewhere raining.Sep 3, 2024

Misbah joins as one of five PCB mentors 'to reduce the gap between domestic and international cricket'

Misbah joins as one of five PCB mentors 'to reduce the gap between domestic and international cricket' While Pakistan look to stave off a first series defeat against Bangladesh in Rawalpindi, much of the PCB's focus has been 300 km south in Lahore. Having announced five mentors for the Champions Cup, an upcoming series of domestic tournaments which begin with a one-day competition from September 12, the PCB lined them up for press conferences to outline their vision, and, to some extent, clarify their roles. On Friday, it was the turn of former Pakistan captain and coach Misbah-ul-Haq, who will mentor the Wolves. "My thinking is you need to try and maximise a player's potential. If a player is well-equipped and technically good, he can play all formats. We have to look at how he manages his fitness and potential, and not have any pre-conceived notions about any player. Then we can look at which player specifically fits into our team.  I think misbah UL Haq is a good player. Due to his overweight always he was run out but he always safe wicket. He is our legend have lots of experience. I think this is good descion of PCB.  But if we turn few days ago his work just trolling other players but it's ok. Legend are always say something to elders. What's your thoughts about this descion??Sep 1, 2024

Entire Pakistan has no problem with anyone else except Babar Azam…

Entire Pakistan has no problem with anyone else except Babar Azam…Ramiz Raja discourages limitless criticism With just 275 runs in his last seven Tests at an average of 21.15 and best of 41, it is safe to state that Babar Azam is going through one of the leanest patches of his international career. And it's not even about the last few matches or just one format. The problem with Babar is across formats. The Pakistan modern-day great who could not put a foot wrong till the first half of 2023 has suddenly been woefully short of runs of late. Last week, they suffered their first-ever Test defeat to Bangladesh, that too in home conditions. Babar scored 0 and 22 on a pitch where three batters smashed towering centuries, with two of them nearly getting double tons. I think when anyone player doesn't perform well then he gets trolling. Even he is Babar Azam or Shaheen shah. Even if we see in the past if anyone player doesn't perform well he get trolling not gifting. Pakistani players should be focus on their more practices to Polish them and also focus on their fitness. What's your thoughts 💭 on this trolling?? Regard @pariAug 31, 2024

Has the Pakistan circket system begun to creak?

Has Pakistan circket system begun to creak? Assalamualaikum friends Of course Pakistan should have been able to find a way to beat Bangladesh at home in the first Test, but that would only have papered over the cracks. They may yet level the series next week, and paper over at least some of them.  Nasser Hussain's immortal proclamation of Pakistan cricket at its best being "one minute up, next minute down" may as well be Pakistan's motto at this point; a rollercoaster ride, after all, may end up in the same place, but it is much more memorable than the buggy that takes you around the theme park. I think mostly Pakistani circket team act like roller coaster some time up and other time down. Their results are mostly unpredictable. Cheaf selectors and PCB moshin Naqvi should be retired now and new comer's comes out. Pakistani players should be focus on their skills and get more practices to Polish their skills. ICC could introduce dedicated fund to reinforce Test cricket outside Big Three

ICC could introduce dedicated fund to reinforce Test cricket outside Big Three Hello everyone The ICC could introduce a dedicated fund from 2025 in an attempt to reinforce Test cricket and allow boards outside the Big Three to compete with more lucrative franchise leagues to ensure they can call upon a bigger pool of their talent. The initiative, driven primarily by Cricket Australia chair Mark Baird and with the support of the BCCI and ECB, is aimed at creating a central fund to provide a minimum standard match fee for players across the board, reported to be around US $10,000 (approx £7,600). The hope is it will be agreed upon before Christmas in time for it to be fully operational next year. The fund, which is expected to be in the region of US $15 million (approx £11 million), is understood to have the backing of BCCI secretary Jay Shah and ECB chair Richard Thompson I think this is good news for players from ICC. The developed countries can't afford to promote a lots sports. I think trounaments should be held city to city. From this descion selector get new youngsters for their team. This suggestions is not only for Pakistan this is recommended for specialy Pakistan, Bangladesh and india. New talent and new face comes out. Mahmood: Rawalpindi pitch 'didn't play like we thought it should'

Mahmood: Rawalpindi pitch 'didn't play like we thought it should' Pakistan assistant coach Azhar Mahmood admitted the behaviour of the Rawalpindi surface took the team by surprise. Mahmood said Pakistan believed they had prepared the sort of pitch to aid seam bowling, but there was little evidence of that in the way the third day played out. Mahmood indicated Pakistan's belief about how the strip would play was a big factor in the decision to go with an all-pace combination."The reason we didn't play a spinner was there was grass on the pitch and we thought it would favour the seamers," Mahmood said. "We were hoping for that. But the three hours the pitch was sunned before the game started on the first day may have made a difference I think Bangladesh is confident. Bangladesh player Mushfiqur Rahim century make Bangladesh first inning parity there's is his 11th century. That's cool that Bangladesh grown up day by day. Pakistani team need more work. I think so pitch also matter but doesn't much matter for bowling. If pitch is better for batting then also suitable for bowling.  What's your thoughts 💭 about this pitch?? @pariAug 24, 2024

After IPL breakthrough, Abishek Porel hopes for domestic take-off

After IPL breakthrough, Abishek Porel hopes for domestic take-off Assalamualaikum everyone Having established himself in the Delhi Capitals top order, the keeper-batter from Chandannagar is poised to play a major role for Bengal in the 2024-25 season. Arguments over the merits and demerits of the Impact Player rule have raged ever since its introduction during IPL 2023, but Abishek Porel is unlikely to be drawn into them. He owes his IPL breakthrough to this rule. At the start of IPL 2024, it seemed unlikely he would get much game time. With Rishabh Pant back as wicketkeeper and captain, Porel was fighting with Kumar Kushagra, for whom Delhi Capitals broke the bank with an INR 7.2 crore winning bid, to be the team's second wicketkeeper. DC also had Tristan Stubbs. I think every chairman of of circket team belong to any country should be promote domestic cricket. It helps to Polish their skills. We can't promote domestic tournaments that's why player skills falls down. But head department should be think about it. Players get heavy payment if they can't perform well it damn. We just hope so.. What's your thoughts about this?? Regard:@pariAug 23, 2024

Faruque Ahmed elected as new BCB president after Nazmul Hassan resigns Assalamualaikum everyone Faruque Ahmed has been elected the BCB president after a board meeting in Dhaka on Wednesday following Nazmul Hassan's resignation. Bangladesh out to change history in Pindi

Bangladesh out to change history in Pindi Assalamualaikum everyone  In their six-series bilateral history in Test cricket, beginning 2001, Bangladesh have not registered a single win against Pakistan. A head-to-head record of 12-0 [one draw] in favour of Pakistan does not augment well for the visitors either. But, cricket is a funny game, as they say, and Bangladesh will have come to the shores of Pakistan to prove a point not just to the world but to themselves - that they belong at this level. Bangladesh were heavily defeated in their last series against Sri Lanka in March this year. But a series draw to New Zealand last winter, should provide them with confidence heading against an unpredictable Pakistan side.  Bangladesh is our heart to heart neighbour country. We warm welcome in Pakistan. Pakistan batting and fielding always remain unpredictable. But one will win this is rule of game. Quality Test cricket might provide the general public some respite and maybe even a smile, even if it is a faint one. Best wishes to both teams keep it up. What are your thoughts who will win 🤔 please share your opinion 💞Aug 20, 2024

Women's T20 World Cup 2024: UAE emerges as potential host but BCB seeks more time

Women's T20 World Cup 2024: UAE emerges as potential host but BCB seeks more time Assalamualaikum everyone From yesterday we are facing raining above 24 hours still at that time but today I share about T20 women's world cup . With the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) ruling out hosting the 2024 Women's T20 World Cup, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has emerged as a potential alternative even as the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is trying its best to save the tournament from being moved out. The International Cricket Council (ICC), pressed for time, is believed to be looking at Dubai/Abu Dhabi as the option but the BCB has sought more time. The ICC is expected to make a decision soon, likely on August 20, when an online meeting of the directors is scheduled, albeit with a different agenda. A BCB official said on Thursday (August 15) that it has requested the ICC for five more days before making a call. If the ICC grants the extra time. I think now a days Bangladesh facing lots of their political problems in their country. It's effects other matters, anyway this is good sign they promote their women's circket team. They should be should be support women's team and take descion very soon. We just hope so they solve their problem very soon and we see Bangladesh team in ground.Aug 17, 2024
