MJ starts of by saying that there is a need to sign a pact to bring salvation.

God has such a pact with humans to bring salvation back to humans.

God takes the pact or covenant He made with man so seriously that He did not sign the covenant with a pen and ink but with His blood.

Luke 22:20.  "This cup is the new covenant in My blood which is shed for you "

Matthew 26:28.  " For this is My blood of the covenant which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins "

Romans 3:23.  "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"

And the result of sin which all of us have is in 

Romans 6:23.  "For the wages of sin is death but the  free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord"

Because of our Sin, we are under a death penalty as mentioned in Romans 6:23

Jesus paid that death penalty on our behalf as described in 

1 Peter 2:24.  "He himself bore our sins on His body on the tree, that  we might die to sin and live to righteousness"

MJ says to call him and he will be there to comfort, protect etc. As a human, can he turn up at short notice and have the power to do whatever is required?

If we call out to God, He will turn up and He is able to do more than what we ask.

God says to us in Jeremiah 33:3.  " Call to Me, and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things"

What great and mighty thing can God show to you if you call upon Him?

The Bible in John 3:3 - 16 says that we can be born again. Born not just as a physical or human child but as a spiritual child into the family of God. 

A child who will one day be resurrected like Jesus was and have eternal life like JesusThis is what is said in the last verse of the above passage
