Doomsday's bone  are sharp enough to slice Superman without undue force in the post-Crisis continuity
and can penetrate straight through Superman if shot from Doomsday's body. there is a possibility 



So while Wolverine's claws don't contribute much, they may be more durable and sharper than Tham Doomsday's.
