I understand what FUD stands for and is, but it got be thinking today about what i consider the opposite. I was thinking it is something like shilling, or the people that choose to shill. Is there any term used for this? 

For example; people that are holding onto false hope; when the alt coin is down 95+% from ATH. Just people in general that have too much hope in a project that doesnt show much potential to most people or have any practical use.
