When Mary Wollstonecraft and the poet Percy Shelley declered their love for each other, Mary Wollstonecraft's family objected.

The family is horrified to learn that her couple, along with Mary's half sister Claire, have run away. While staying at Lord Byron's house on Lake Geneva, guests are invited to write a ghost story that will encourage Mary to come up with the novel Frankenstein.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves literature, and about women's rights , has ever been in love, has ever been abandoned, or simply enjoys great movies.

 I admire James Weil as an artist in his own right, but his film doesn't capture the message Mary Shelley originally intended.
