Koshari (koh-shea-rai)

It is an National dish of Egypt,  So last year I was at this village called 'Kalga' situated in Himalayas (India) .

I was living/working in a cafe and this Egyptian lady came with his friend from work. One day she told us that  could make Koshari with our help .

It could be time consuming because it has quite a ingredients to make , it took us while to prepare all things . But it was worth the wait 

It was delicious with crispy onions, Tomato sauce and garlic chutny.
