the capital of the Kingdom of Morocco was chosen as the cultural capital of Africa for the first time in the history of the continent.
It was announced at the press conference for Rabat, the African Capital of Culture, which was organized today, Wednesday, at the MAP hall, in the presence of the Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication Mehdi Bensaid, President of the Rabat Collective Council and Secretary General of the United African Cities and Governments Organization (CGLA).
