A movie with a very personal touch of Tim Burton, which is inspired by his childhood, and his perception of him towards people. It is something that is shown in a marked way in the film, making the viewer feel empathy with the main character.

My opinion about this movie.

I loved it, the aesthetics of it was something that in my childhood, even now in my adulthood I still like. The mixture of gray tones, and typical colors of the nineties, give a unique touch to this production.

Something that distinguishes Tim Burton's productions from another is precisely this. You know it belongs to Tim if he wears these shades. And you end up realizing it because the story will be peculiar and amazing.

About the movie.

Its main character is a boy created with scissor hands, who dreams of having real hands. Something similar to Pinocchio's feeling about being a real boy. This young man is named Edward, with messy hair, and a sweet look steals the audience's heart.

His creator dies and he is found alone in his home by a cosmetics seller, she decides to adopt him. Soon he and the seller's daughter fall in love, but they cannot be together. Edward runs away, leaving him a beautiful memory every December.
