Hello Everyone !

We have a large number of new users joining the Board on daily basis, which is a good thing for not just our board but for BBS too (means we are progressing atleast in terms of user numbers). In an ideal world, we would have expected an increase in more number of engaging and organic content too but in real world its quite opposite and we are being flooded with lot of posts with copied content from internet or posts which just doesn't make any sense.

After thoroughly investigation and discussion, we have come to know that above 90 percent of such posts are "Movies Review Post". There are people who would just copy storyline of a movie from Internet and in their "expert" review they would just add "good movie, amazing movie, lovely movie or fvt movie etc" which other than increasing the daily posts count doesn't help at all in generating a healthy discussion or engagement.

We at MWATALK, think that being the Top Ranked Board of BBS, we have the responsibility to be the best in terms of engagement or discussion too. We can't allow the reputation of board to get spoil by such posts so MWATALK has decided to define the rules for posting Movie Review Posts, which are:

1. Add atleast 100 words of self written context about the movie

2. Greetings, this is a good movie, excellent movie, i loved this movie wouldn't be counted as self written context ( Members should avoid greetings on every post they publish, rather use the Live Chat for greetings)

3. Members can describe the storyline in their own words or start a discussion around a character relationship between two or more characters, importance of a character or a scene in the movie/series/anime

All non-review posts are exempted from the rule and we allow members so simply start a discussion around them by sharing the link and what they wanna discuss about or ask questions and see if anyone has the answer to the question

Memes are for fun and there isn't a need to describe in details about the meme, it takes away the fun of it

News and gossips can be simply shared with a line of two of POV in it but it should be discussed in the comments section and the publisher shouldn't just post and run away

The rules are only for partners and if someone wanna be eligible to become partner they need to have atleast one month history of publishing posts under these guidelines

A non-partner who is just here for the fun of it can publish anything related to the board topics.

And one more important thing, make it a necessary habit to engage not just on your posts but also on posts published by other members of board.
