After drinking too much tequila and watching soccer all day, Diego decided to leave his pigeon hole and hit the streets (may be to buy some tacos, who knows). Sh** happened and thug appeared out of nowhere pointing gun on Diego's head. 

Diego out of curiosity just asked him if he is a black guy. Thug (who was Twon i guess) got offended and there you go, we got to see a rare sight of Hispanic and African American origins taunting each other.
