It's been a while since Hulk had his classic "Hulk Smash!" moment in the MCU - but recent developments suggest it will happen soon. While setting the stage for Jennifer Walters' foray into Tatiana Maslany's MCU, She-Hulk: The Advocate adds some background to the Hulk's recent appearances. The first episode of She-Hulk reveals that Bruce Banner was only temporarily in his human form to heal his arm from an injury in Avengers: Endgame, which explains why he appeared as Banner with a strap around his arm in Shang-Chi and The Legend. post-credit scenes of The Ten Rings.

We're So Close To Getting "Hulk Smash" Again In The MCUThe Hulk's brand of humor gets another comic callback in The Avengers when Captain America leads a team of superheroes and asks the Hulk to do the one thing he excels at: "Smash!" The Green Goliath grins and immediately obeys the captain's order by smashing the Chitauri beyond recognition. All these "Hulk Smash!" moments in the MCU show that even though the Hulk is blinded by his anger, he has a somewhat silly, childish sense of humor. Since the same comic is apparently a significant part of Smart Hulk's persona in the MCU, he's probably not too far off from a booming "Hulk Smash!" all over again.
