Women have equal rights:Mala yousafzai an inspiration !

Greetings mates ,the world is enriched some motivational stories in which many men arose  from Zero to hero and they became  Legends of the history. The women inspirational stories were scarce back in the past but nowadays it's increasing to  and refreshing to see  ,as it's something that's should be promoted.I am going to Tell you story of Mala Yousafzai, the Inspirational Lady of Pakistan. She  was born on 12 July 1997 in the Swat District of Pakistan  northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in a lower middle class family. Her family did not have enough money for a hospital birth and she  was born at home with the help of neighbours. She was given her first name Malala which means grief-stricken.she was entirely educated by his father.1st,her  intentions were to become a Doctor, but later she took Inspiration to be a politician. She tarted speaking about education rights as early as September 2008  when her father took her to Peshawar to speak at the local press club. How dare the Taliban take away my basic right to education?" she asked in a speech covered by newspapers and television channels throughout the region. In 2009, when she was 11, she wrote a blog under her pseudonym Gul Makai for the BBC Urdu to detail her life during the Taliban  occupation of Swat. The following summer, journalist Adam B. Ellick made a New York Times documentary about her life as the Pakistan Armed Forces launched Operation Rah-e-Rast against the militants in Swat. She rose in prominence and gave  interviews in print and on television. She  was nominated for the International Children Peace Prize by activist Desmond Tutu. On 9 October 2012, while on a bus in Swat District after taking an exam, She  and two other girls were shot by a Taliban gunman in an assassination attempt targeting her for her activism. She was struck in the head by a bullet and remained unconscious and in critical condition at the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology  but her condition later improved enough for her to be transferred to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, UK.The attempt on her life sparked an international outpouring of support. Deutsche Welle reported in January 2013 that she may have become the most famous teenager in the world.Weeks after the attempted murder, a group of 50 leading Muslim clerics in Pakistan issued a fatwa against those who tried to kill her. The Pakistani Taliban were internationally denounced by governments, human rights organizations and feminist groups. They responded to condemnation by further denouncing her and plans popped up For a possible second assassination attempt which they felt was justified as a religious obligation. This sparked another international outcry. After her recovery, She became a prominent activist for the right to education. She co-founded the Malala Fund, a non-profit organisation with Shiza Shahid in Birmingham. She  completed her secondary school education at Edgbaston High School, Birmingham in England from 2013 to 2017.She won a place at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford, and undertook three years of study for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE)  in 2020. She returned in 2023 to become the youngest ever Honorary Fellow at Linacre College, Oxford. In 2013, she co-authored I Am Malala which was an international best seller. In 2012, she received Pakistan first National Youth Peace Prize and the 2013 Sakharov Prize. In 2014, she was the co-recipient of the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize with Kailash Satyarthi of India. Aged 17 at the time, she was the youngest-ever Nobel Prize laureate. In 2015, she was the subject of the Oscar shortlisted documentary He Named Me Malala. The 2013, 2014 and 2015 issues of Time magazine featured her as one of the most influential people globally. In 2017 she was awarded honorary Canadian citizenship and became the youngest person to address the House of Commons of Canada. Quite an impressive story ,she has I believe as the area she was born was under developed and had no education opportunities..but she made it all well ..Even she got education from his father and was right on his iniatives. She arose the voice for women basic rights and She was widely appreciated all over the Globe. The story often gives goosebumps to me ! By : Doctor strange

I prefer Normal Delivery over C_Section !

Hey , this is Doctor Strange,a student of MBBS in 2nd year and learning some basic medical terminology and diving into a deep sea of Medical Terminology. With the Passage of Time , Leisures have really been on priorities especially women adopting it over pregnancy matter and they don't want any Type of pain or don't want to bear it .The normal delivery period is 280 days but saldy, we see in hospitals ,it's even reduced to 200 days sometimes.Actually, it's a pretty normal that during pregnancy there a imbalence of hormones and sometimes it can cause a pain especially when the baby age is above 7 months. The women  think by mistake that time has a come for their baby to arrive and they go to the hospital. The doctor explains  that it's too early and its not a right time because they have many  days left for a normal pregnancy. But they  do not  want to go through a lengthy period of 1 month in which they will suffer many problems ,labour  and many other  difficulties . So what they really do ? they enforce their family members and to go for a C-section. Normal Delivery: It's it's a normal traditional route in which baby comes out of mothers uterus, to cervix ,to vagina and finally out of the female body .it's normal period is 280 days (9 months ) C_Section : It's surgically opening the abdominal wall amd  the uterus, taking the baby out of the females body and before  the normal expected time.its Duration is 200_220 days . Sad reality: Nowadays , sad part of the picture is that a trend of C_section has been tremendously increased in the hospital that 90% of the deliveries are C_Sections But why it's increasing: It has many reasons: - Normal delivery causes the woman to lose their female young appearance so they do not  prefer it  - From the seven months allmost it causes pain from time to time and they do not want to take this, so they go to the doctor and say, give me a cut, take out my baby and relieve my pain. - Normal delivery causes a lot of pain during dominar and uterus contractions and its like one of the worst pain of the world. So ladies the prefer c section giving anaesthesia so they don't know what happened and their baby as out without any pain. Although C section has many disadvantages like it involves cutting of the abdominal wall and it has limited Tries  only for 4 C-sections can be performed in women's lifetime . It's recommended to go for a normal delivery root but if we there is a severe problem like baby as a normal or it is causing a lot of pain you can go for it but if a mild problems are happening ignore it show some patients and go for a normal delivery route .
