I had this doubt about the difference between Formula 1, Formula 2 , Formula 3 and Formula 4, so I did some research and I found the answers. 

 The big difference between all Formula cars is the engine power. 

In F2 the driver sits behind the wheel of a vehicle by William F1, but both cars are identical and have an V8 engine. 

F2 cars are backed up by a 500 horsepower engine, while F1 cars have a double horsepower engine. 

The maximum speed is about 30 km less than F1

Another difference is between the rpm while in F2 the rpm is  10.000 , in F1 that can hit 18.000. 

To entry in one of those 2 you need to pay, so here is another difference : 

F1 entry is $1,3millions

F2 entry is $311.000

The F3 circuit is considered as the starting point for aspiring F1 drivers. If you get successful in F3 you can join F2 and then can target F1. 

The F3 cars are built by Mygale with a speed of 270 kmh - this makes them the slowest fuel-based Formula racing. 

F3 races are done in groups of 3 in 1 day, while F1 is done in one race over a weekend. 

The F4 racing is done at a regional and local level, having no global championship. 

This was introduced in 2014 and is considered the youngest Formula racing. 

So, the difference is again the speed - the F4 cars have 210 kmh  and are built with affordability in mud. 

FE is a racing with electric cars and they have a speed of 220 kmh, while F1 has a speed of 374kmh

The FE has a slower start - 3 second go from 0 to 99 kmh- than F1  - 1,3 seconds go. 

The F1 cars are using a variety of models while the FE use just Park Renault SRT_01E. 

If the rules are similar, than the rewards are different: 

F1 rewards drivers get double points 

FE rewards is actually “The Fan Choice“ - this means that the viewers are able to vote for top drivers to receive a 5 seconds power boost for their battery ( this sounds a little bit funny 😅).
