
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said during a press statement about how Ripple will respond if the outcome of the lawsuit is not in its favor, saying that a lot will change because the company is already acting as if it lost the lawsuit with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Garlinghouse added that Ripple XRP has all intents and purposes, and there is no liquidity within the United States, especially since it has been suspended and frozen in most US-based trading platforms.

The Ripple official explained that they set a record last year and continued to grow very quickly across our core product groups and that even the first quarter was a record for us, and now, unfortunately, almost all of that growth comes from outside the United States.
In the middle of this month, Ripple CEO and founder Brad Garlinghouse said he was pleased with the latest developments in the lawsuit brought against it by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Brad added that the lawsuit has gone very well, and much better than I had hoped when it started about 15 months ago, although the case has been slow to date.
