Dear BBSers, 

Due to the Easter Holidays , we have decided to take  a break this weekend and anyone who celebrates the Easter to enjoy it. 

We will continue to discuss about BBS activity in the next edition . 

Like a short summary ( that I have missed this week due to too much busy life) , I can tell you that last week we have discussed about:

✅  the power of the owners over their communities and how important is to be present in the community in order to assure members trust, grow the community and show interest. 

✅many members understand partnership wrong and take it for granted. Partnership is something you own true your genuine content and truly support for the community to help it grow and be sure that what you share and you engage has high quality. 

Partnership can anytime be reviewed and taken. 

It is exactly like the Engage Mining program: it can always be reviewed and removed if the community stop fulfilling the criteria.   

✅ the low activity over BBS : Are the members not finding BBS interesting ? Are they motivated just by the money and stopped their activity?

Why number of new members is decreasing and the activity of the old ones is diminished? Why the app didn't had a higher impact? 

To many questions that we could not find and answer for. But it looks like there are many people just visiting the BBS , but not engaging. They might just check and observe and after will find an establishment in a community or more. 

The app didn't had the impact we expected, just because it is an app. Everyone hopped for more, but it just happen and things happened like before its release. 

Let's hope we will see an increasing of the activity after the Easter and the team will start moving the plan from the road map for Q2.
