📌Emirates Airlines to land into crypto world 🛩

Emirates Airlines has decided to make your fly better experience even more better. The company has revealed its intentions to start accepting bitcoin (BTC) as payment option plus launching of NFT's too which are to be traded through their official website.

Btw Emirates is not the first airline to offer such service. Infact airBaltic of Latvia is already offering BTC payment option since 2014. They had further announced to add Dogecoin and Ethereum too in payment option in March 2021. Air France also made a test flight with crypto when they collaborated with different organizations on a blockchain solution to verify COVID test results.

Now back to Emirates plans, the company has decided to make new hiring for metaverse and NFTs to build apps to monitor consumer demands and focusing on bitcoin payments. Sharing his excitment about the plan The COO of Emirates Airlines Adel Ahmed Al-Redha, in a media gathering held at Arabian Travel Market said :

"With the metaverse, you will be able to transform your whole process-whether it is in operation, training, sales on the website, or complete experience-into a metaverse type application, but more importantly making it interactive."
