BBS Staking portfolio down by 40% - 400$ loss?

Hello Banter Fam..

i had staked 7500 BBS coins on 2/3/2022 almost 2 and half so month back the price of BBS was 1000$ for 7500 BBS tokens which has come down to 637$ thats 40% staking portfolio down in 2 months...

400$ loss and the APR is 69% so what i will be getting for staking my tokens for 1st quarter (90 Days) will be only <500 BBS tokens which would worth 40-45$ (Current BBS market price) thats too less ..

whats ur opinion do u think long term we will see some benefit? as staking is just not worth right now unless u have more than 50k BBS tokens??
