So first off you need to go to your browser on Metamask again ensuring you're on Fantom and type:

This brings up the LQDR Web page where you'll once again have to connect your wallet:

Once you've done this select the drop down just below the wallet connect:

Here you can see all your different options on LQDR, for today I'm discussing the xLQDR pool, select the LQDR tab:

This brings to the page to generate XLQDR, select your amount and time frame , I selected 2 years, then select the tab highlighted 

Next you need to check the transaction fee, and confirm once happy:

Once your transaction had gone through you will get a confirmation:

Now you've got your LQDR locked and you can get your juicy APRs, they have dropped a fair bit recently but I expect them to go back up after the news Miles shared:
