LAVENDER

I am interested in essential oils and use them topically or in a diffuser for their benefits.

Of course, you have many qualities of essential oils and it is always best to buy a good one and don't get fooled by the cheap ones!

Lavender is one of the essential oils I use in a diffuser, first for its scent then for its soothing and calming effect.

It also have many other benefits specially for skin for its anti inflammatory effects and it is used in soaps, creams, face masks, cleansers, etc. 

To cut it short, if you are interested, make your research before buying and using it.
