Have you ever tasted rose jam?

For us is a must because we always had it at home, not the ones we buy in the supermarket but made by our mums.

Unfortunately the traditions are fading away slowly and because of lack of time, we now are buying the ready made jams.

This post will be perfect for the people who have big gardens full of roses! Ideally this jam is made with the Damask rose (that's what my mum used) and it is a delight. I always have it with salty cheese because I like it that way!

So, if you have edible roses in your garden that are organic and not sprayed, you may want to give it a try this recipe which I found to be good!
