📌Cake with milk and fruit📌

📌A very good and very tasty cake.

📌Ingredients:

As a measure you will use a glass of water (glass - 200 ml of water)

Pan 24/26 cm

● 1+1/2 cups of sugar

● 1 full glass of milk

● 1 glass of sunflower oil (don't fill it full, 2 fingers less)

● 4 eggs

● 2+1/2 cups of flour

● 1 bag of baking soda (16 g)

● 1 bag of vanilla or grated lemon peel Preparation:

📌Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.

1 In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for 4 minutes, with the electric egg beater, and add in order: oil, milk, flour, vanilla and soda with a sieve, without stopping the beater.

2 Pour the dough into the oiled and floured pan and bake for 40/45 minutes. We cover it with aluminum foil after it has taken color on the surface so that it does not burn. We do the toothpick test, which should come out dry.

We serve it like this or, if you want, you can mix 150 g of Philadelphia cheese with 2 spoons of powdered sugar, put it on top of the cake when it is completely cold and, if you like, you can put slices of fruit.
