CHILLI CON CARNE

Today's recipe is Chilli con Carne from Marco Pierre White.

I love recipes from Marco because he makes cooking easy and the result delicious.

For those who do not know about him, you should go and have a look. He is one of the great chefs with many Michelin stars.

So as I am cooking this recipe tonight, I wanted to share it with you.

We will have it with rice but as he said, it is perfect with a jacket potato too! If we have some leftover, that's how I will eat it topped with a lot of sour cream.

If you are scared to put chocolate in your food, you can definitely leave it out. It is optional!
