Well roughly speaking you can tip in dollars to the worthy members who make good post....from the community pool only accessed to mods and owner of the board....

So the thing is the maximum cpm of all the boards have reduced to max 25.....which means its not much profitable to be a partner of any community...

It means if you are not a partner and make Post in any community. And this post is capable to impress the admins then you can receive money as tip in dollars without being a partner....

So the thing is to make a post with original and quality content and try to impress the admins with your stuff...

Well any favoritism or criticism will not be allowed...

But if you don't make quality and handwritten plus worth reading post you can't earn much....
