18 year old Pak Cricketer retires from Cricket

I understand some are very religious connected with their respective religions & still pursue their careers but I don't know what kind of mindset is this to left passion of your selves to preach your religion well. You can also do it with pursuing your careers & I hope it doesn't become norm for Pakistani girls as Women's cricket is as Important as Men's, recently Equal price has been also applied by ICC so I hope better sense prevails.
