Hello friends I hope you will be fine and having an amazing day also enjoying the community.

Today I am going to tell you about a Rohit Sharma's journey as an opening batsman. He is such a classy player. And a successful opening batsman for India.

Rohit Sharma is an Indian right hand opening batsman. After making his debute he used to play in middle order. He was not an opener at that. Then MS Dhoni believed in him decided send him as an opener because he knows that Rohit can handle the moving  He has this ability.Rohit played his first match as an opener in January 2011 against South Africa but he couldn't perform good.He scored just 29 runs in 3 innings. But he played a good inning of 83 runs at Mohali against England.

Rohit told Times of India. "But whatever little MS spoke with me, he did suggest that I have the ability to open the batting and counter the new ball. I'm glad he finds me capable of it and I've also been working hard on it."

In my opinion Rohit Sharma is a good batsman also a good opener as well he has given exceptional performances as an opener. His States are really amazing. He scored 27 centuries as an opener. And his average is also amazing. As an opener you have to face the new ball and it's not an easy thing. But Rohit has the ability to handle all these kinds of situations.which makes him exceptional.
