Electromagnetic waves can be measured using wave length or frequency (cycles per second with is shortened to Hz for Hertz)
The longer the wave length the lower the Hz and the shorter the wave length the higher the Hz
Waves between 20 to 20,000 Hz is known as the audible spectrum because they can be heard by human ears.
Waves below 20 Hz are called infrasonic waves. Waves in the area above 20,000 Hz are called ultrasonic waves
As we age,our ability to hear higher frequency drops so older people may hear up to 17,000 Hz or even less depending on the hearing loss.
High pitched sounds (ultrasonic waves) beyond the audible cannot be heard but have been used to torture 👫👬by being played at high volume or amplitude.
When the frequency has been increased enough waves are not sound but become light.
First light that is not visible to man and than as frequency increase further become visible light.
Visible light ranges from infra red with a frequency of 4 X 10 to the power of 14 to ultraviolet light with a frequency of 8 X 10 to the power of 14.
These are very high frequencies because 10 to the power 14 is 1 with 14 zeroes or 100,000,000,000,000
In between infra red and ultra violet is white light which is itself a spectrum of lights we know as the rainbow colours or Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet.
After violet, humans can still see Ultra violet. Beyond that light exists but cannot be seen by human eyes but can be measured by equipment.
So waves exists on a spectrum from sub audible sound that cannot be heard to audible sound, non audible sound , non visible light below infra red light, red light ... violet light, ultra violet light and then invisible light, Going even higher up the spectrum the waves become X ray and Gamma ray.

Mental health disorder also occur on a spectrum from having no effect, very mild effect, mild effect, fairly severe effect , very severe effect.
We can have several disorders at the same time but with different degrees of severity.
So 🦋 has several disorders such as SPD,BPD, APD at various degrees of severity.
Thank God that none of the Disorders are so severe on the spectrum that 🦋 required psychiatric care or medications.
But the Sensory Processing Disorder(SPD) and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) is high enough on the spectrum that can cause 🦋 to have sensory overloads or melt down if over stimulated.
Thus 🦋 has engaged in both self harming activities and risky behaviour or pre suicidal behaviour.
🦋 interpersonal relationships with 👬👫 is also affected to a certain degree by Avoidant Personality Disorder and certain personality traits that are not listed in DSM5 as disorders such as being a HSP or Highly Sensitive Person. As such 🦋 tries to avoid conflict, finds it difficult to make decisions and over thinks and brood over things.
DSM5 stands for the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Health 5th edition.
This book is considered as the Bible for Mental Health practitioners. 🦋
Being on the spectrum also affects me physically and limitations I face includes:
1 ) Poor coodination and clumsy. Bad at tasks such as driving and typing. Cutting myself accidentally and dropping objects.
2) Cannot multitask. SPD limits the amount of signals my brain process at a time.
I stop working when i speak, often close my eyes to concentrate (to think or listen carefully)
Being non nuerotypical places is a disability and places limitations in brain processing and physical activity. Having limitations does not mean that my brain is inferior. I am more analytical and have a higher IQ than most people. I can think deeper, just that i take longer.
