"The First Omen" is a scary movie that comes before the old film "The Omen." It tells the story of Margaret, an American lady who goes to Rome to work at an orphanage. But soon, she finds out something very bad is happening. There's a plan to bring the Antichrist into the world. Margaret meets Father Brennan, a priest who warns her about this evil plan. She also meets other important people like Sister Silvia, who runs the orphanage, and Father Gabriel, another priest there.

In one part of the movie where a baby is being born, there's a scene that's really shocking. It's so intense that the group that decides on movie ratings gave it the strongest rating, NC-17. The people making the movie had to talk with the rating group many times to make changes so it wouldn't get that rating. But strangely, they say it made the scene even scarier.
