Hello everyone. Let's talk today about another anime that started airing at the end of 2023 and is currently well known for being one of the best fantasy anime of the last two seasons. Although it does not have the same level and quality as Souso no Frieren, this anime has many elements and reasons to recommend it by telling us a story and being one of those anime that take to the extreme the fight scenes or battles with a quality that is far above many other current works.

The anime tells the story of a boy who grew up with the dream and strong desire to become a dragon hunter, powerful beings that are destroying humanity and are sent by beings who have been "blessed" by a very powerful being who is treated as God and Master. A chaotic world where hunters fight the dragons with swords made by a meteorite that helps them to deal with these terrible monsters.

Our protagonist and hunter tries to do everything possible to protect his friend, who grew up with him and is at that time one of the strongest and most famous hunters. However, he does not have the strength to protect her, until one day in the midst of death, his future self arrives and gives him a power so great that he cannot bear it himself, but he risks using it to fight the dragons and protect the people he loves.

At first glance we can see that it seems to be the typical fantasy and action anime of the typical protagonist who receives a huge power that is given to him and becomes the strongest in his world. However, although the story begins like that, we can see little by little that it is about the life of a boy who is fighting against an almost invincible enemy and who has gone through many losses and suffering, as well as having survived many terrible things until one day he was completely alone.

Apart from being an anime where we see a lot of impressive fights and combats with a very good animation, absurd power levels and moments that blow our minds, we also have to highlight the good development that has each of the characters that we are presented throughout the anime. The enmities, the friendships, the relationships, all those elements that we can glimpse in each episode and that become each and every one in an incredible story with a still uncertain ending.

Personally, I give it a 9/10 rating as far as the fantasy, action and science fiction genre is concerned.
