Riddler:

His vendetta against Gotham put himself in conflict with Bruce Wayne, because of his ties to the Wayne Family.
Joker:
The Joker is a deranged serial killer and a dangerous enemy of the Batman, having been apprehended by him sometime during his first active year. He became an inmate at the Arkham State Hospital and was later visited by the Caped Crusader, as he attempted to profile the motives of the infamous serial killer, Riddler, whom Joker later befriended.
Penguin:
Oswald "Oz" Cobblepot, also known reluctantly as the Penguin, is the ruthless lieutenant of the Falcone Crime Syndicate who seeks to rise up in Gotham's criminal underworld as its newest crime boss. As Penguin was being investigated into a possible connection with the murders being committed by Riddler, he became a target of Batman and Jim Gordon, despite being innocent of these crimes. Eventually, Penguin had discovered that it was Carmine Falcone who was being targeted by Riddler, as Falcone had also been identified as the rat who betrayed Salvatore Maroni, moments before Falcone was shot and killed by Riddler. In the wake of Falcone's death, Penguin had then prepared to step up, as Gotham's new crime lord.
Bane:
Bane is an escaped convict from an island prison in South America and a super-villain/assassin. Bane has abnormal physical strength as a result of having undergone experiments involving a derivative of the drug Venom. He became known as "The Man Who Broke the Bat" when he broke Batman's back, forcing Bruce Wayne to give up the Batman persona while he recuperated. Bane was originally created by writers Chuck Dixon and Doug Moench and artist, Graham Nolan, from a concept by Denny O'Neil. He first appeared in Batman: Vengeance of Bane #1 (January 1993).
Scarecrow:
Dr. Jonathan Crane, also known as the Scarecrow, is a Gotham City supervillain and a major enemy of Batman. Created by Batman creators Bill Finger and Bob Kane, he first appeared in World's Finest Comics #3 (Fall 1941). His scarecrow costume, lanky appearance and surname were inspired by Ichabod Crane of the horror fable "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow".

One of such Bollywood movie was Kangana's "Dhaakad"( an spy action packed film). The movie had an massive budget of Ind rupee 85 crore but the movie only managed to earn nearly 3 crore Ind rupee. This was a bit embarrassing for Kangana as well seeing her previous record and performance.
Storyline:
The movie stars Kangana as Agni who is well-trained field agent. She is tasked to capture a big weapon and human trafficker. However, the journey of Agni goes tooks unexpected turns.

What went wrong?
The movie has good marketing and hype/buzz but it failed to pull audience into the cinemas. In most cinemas, the movie wasn't even aired. So what went wrong with it.
On of the potential reason could be the clash of release date between Dhaakad and Bhool bhoolaya 2. Bhool bhoolaya 2 had flying start with collection of Ind Rupee 180 crores. Dhaakad on the other hand, failed to pull its success.
Another reason could be lack of public interest and response. Despite massive marketing, the audience wasn't interested in watching the movie. Independent film trade analyst Sumit Kadel explains the reasons behind the debacle that ‘Dhaakad’ has turned out to be. In his opinion, ‘Dhaakad’ alone is not a standalone story to have been subjected to such poor turnout. There’s a pattern, big budget films are getting severely bombed by the audience in cinemas.Sumit told IANS, “Post-pandemic, many big films led by big stars like ‘Anek‘ and ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ tanked at the box office badly. They failed to collect even Rs 15 crore in their lifetime. Same happened with ‘Dhaakad’, audience were not at all interested in watching a woman-centric Hollywood style kind of action film.”Release time disaster:
It is commonly knows that Dhaakad failed to pull audience. On of the effects, was empty cinemas. Dhaakad only sold 20 movie tickets all over India resulting in opening earnings of less than Ind rupee 5000. Yes, you read it right, only 5000 rupees.
