Inside out 2

Has anybody else seen Inside out 2 yet? I saw it in the cinema and thought it was a great kids film all about puberty, feelings and general mental health. 

My favourite chartacter was Nostalgia even though she doesn't feature more than a few minutes, she gave me the feelings she was meant to 🥰

I think they did a really good job of explaining Anxiety for kids, and also making all of the feelings both positive and negative. For example, sometimes we need Anxiety, Fear or Anger to keep us safe  and sometimes it's even okay to let Sadness to take over and release the pressure valve ✅️

I thought it was really smart that Embarrasment didn't really speak, and mostly showed their feelings through their actions; pretty accurate! Also hilarious to me that Ennui was French 💀
