The scene takes place in a hospital where Munna Bhai and Circuit are trying to get their friend admitted. However, the hospital staff won't cooperate with them, so Munna Bhai and Circuit pose as social workers to gain their trust and convince them to take in their friend.

But when hospital staff asked for their identification, Circuit provided the famous dialogue "Kaun Ho Tum Log? Are Hum Social Workers Hai Re!!' translates to 'Who are you? We are social workers, damn it! ! "Trying to assert their authority and make the staff believe. Due to the exaggerated tone and the way he speaks, Circuit's conversations and conversations are humorous and emphasize their profession as social workers.

This scene is also funny because Munna Bhai and Circuit are clearly not trained social workers and the staff's skepticism is justified. Overall, this scene exemplifies the humor and irony that runs through the film "Munna Bhai MBBS" and has become one of the most iconic scenes in Indian cinema.
