Box office Deadpool and Wolverine zooms to $97m record making second weekend, hits $824m globally

I have some exciting news with you guys Deadpool and Wolverine is definitely breaking records in its second weekend, pulling in a good $97 million locally. This fulfillment is the eighth biggest weekend of all time and the 5th biggest for the MCU lineup. In just 10 days, the film made a whopping $395.6 million in North America alone.

But the progress doesn’t stop. Overseas, Deadpool and Wolverine earned another hundred and ten.5 million dollars, bringing its worldwide total to an impressive $824.1 million. With numbers like that, the days leading up to this hit Marvel movie joining the billion dollar box office are more effective. 

Meanwhile, Twisters is slowly approaching the $2 billion mark, and M.S. Night Shyamalan's trap opened at 0.33 with $15.6 million. Unfortunately, Harold and the Purple Crayon struggled, making only $6 million.
