Greeting all dear friends ✨♥️

Singham is a highly entertaining masala flick that pays homage to the 80's era of Bollywood masala movies. It joins the list of Hindi remakes of popular South Indian blockbusters. As I have not watched the Tamil version, I cannot make a comparison. However, the film is bursting with energy and charisma, guaranteed to receive thunderous applause from those who appreciate true Indian-flavoured cinema - full of vibrant colors and intense fights between a heroic and beloved protagonist and the villain. After watching such movies, one cannot help but wonder if the era of pure entertainment is making a comeback, following the success of blockbusters like 'Wanted,' 'Dabangg,' and 'Ready.' Undoubtedly, Singham is a surefire hit, especially in single screens.

Director Rohit Shetty, known for his hilarious comedies, has returned to his roots and created an action-packed entertainer (he began his career with the action-thriller 'Zameen,' also starring Ajay Devgn) that appeals to the masses.

Ajay Devgn delivers a high-energy performance and does complete justice to his role as a cop. The talented group of Marathi actors, particularly Ashok Saraf, deserve praise for their outstanding performances. Kajal Agarwal, although not given enough opportunities to showcase her talent, manages to make an impact on the audience. Prakash Raj, as always, shines in his role.

The film's success can also be attributed to the brilliant performances by the Marathi actors, Ajay's charisma, Rohit Shetty's entertaining direction, the thrilling background music, and Steven.H.Bernard's exceptional editing work. Singham captures the raw, desi flavor of the movie, making it a familiar yet enjoyable watch. However, the love story in the film is weak, and Ajay's attempt at speaking in a Marathi accent seems forced at times.

The music by Ajay and Atul Gogavale, renowned Marathi music director duo, is catchy and melodious. Singham is an action-packed masala movie that pays tribute to the 80's era. It is an unadulterated, raw desi experience that is sure to entertain the masses. If you love masala entertainers, don't miss Singham.

Thanks for visit on my post 🧡💚♥️
