Winner of Eurovision 2024

As I promised, I am sharing the winer of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024. 37 countries gave their jury votes and the public could votr as well. Seems Switzerland was the favorite of the jury getting most of the 12 points. It was also getting the public votes -226 votes. So, it won with a total of 591 points.  It didn’t impress me too much and I think Croatia ( who got 2nd place) was deserving better. So, embarrassing for United Kingdom for not getting any points from the public. I don’t remember any country in Eurovision getting 0 points from the public.  I guess his choreography was the main reason not getting votes. I found it disgusting and disturbing sometimes. Who’s watching Eurovision 2024?

Here are my 3 of the favorites:  Luxemburg  Croatia  France We might see Ukraine winning and it was a huge controversy about Israel participating. Today the Israel’s candidate was escorted by 100 officers in Malmö, Sweden to be protected by any incident. Crazy, isn’t?  I will share the winner asap it will be announced. May 11, 2024

Going to break ups gets us down , both mental and physical.  Studies show that women are the most affected  compared with man after a break out, but also studies show that woman are going to get out more stronger mentally than man.  I share 2 songs that are the results of a break out that became great hits.  “I will survive “- is Glorya Gainor’s song based in a devastating break up written in October 1978.  The song is also recognized as a symbol of female empowerment.  The song starts with the below lyrics:     “ At first I was afraid, I was petrified Kept thinking I could never live without you by my side But then I spent so many nights thinking how you did me wrong And I grew strong And I learned how to get along”  These lyrics are showing weakness first and how lost  are we when we lose the person we love, but going forward you see that inside strength and self respect is coming out making her stronger and stronger.  Then the refrain is even more powerful: Oh no, not I, I will survive Oh, as long as I know how to love, I know I'll stay alive I've got all my life to live And I've got all my love to give and I'll survive I will survive The refrain is showing that even if we get  devastated by the love, also with love we can heal it.  there are going to be more wonderful and lovable moments with another one.  ENJOY THE SONG HERE: On the other side, we have a young, talented,  beautiful land controversial lady  , Milley Cirus, that her after break up wit Liam Heminworth , she wrote the song ''Flowers''  who brought a Grammy award for her, stayed 38 weeks in Bilboard top  becoming  the longest-running number one-song in the history of the BillboardAdult Contemporary chart.  The song starts with these Lyrics: We were good, we were gold Kinda dream that can't be sold We were right 'til we weren't Built a home and watched it burn Mmm, I didn't wanna leave you, I didn't wanna lie Started to cry, but then remembered I   I can buy myself flowers Write my name in the sand Talk to myself for hours Say things you don't understand I can take myself dancing And I can hold my own hand Yeah, I can love me better than you can Can love me better, I can love me better, baby Can love me better, I can love me better, baby   The same message: greif  and a lot of suffering until she realize that she is stronger and can take care of herself.  She was denning and tried to make it work :  I didn't wanna leave you, I didn't wanna fight Started to cry, but then remembered I I can buy myself flowers (uh-huh)  ....... Miley Cyrus killing it at Grammy’s ❤️👏

I believe anyone has listened a song of Miley Cyrus and her last year’s song “Flowers “ is a song who hold the top for weeks.  So who knows? It has authenticity, rhythm, Miley’s voice is gold and don’t forget the message it sends: that no matter what is going on, choosing and putting yourself on the first place is what you need to do. So, the song was nominated at Grammy’s Best Pop Solo Performance category and , of course it won. It is Miley’s first Grammy ever won . Congratulations 👏🎶 I am sharing her performance, that I like even better than the original song.
