Direction is more important than speed π«
Direction is more important than speed. No matter where you are or how slow you are going in life, if you are going in the right direction, you will be satisfied. It is better to take your time and be aware of what you are doing in case you want to change the direction of what you are doing.

Direction is the essence of leadership. A leader who can clearly articulate their vision goals and expectations to their team creates a shared understanding and helps everyone work towards a common objective. On the other hand, a lack of clear direction can lead to confusion becoming distracted, missed deadlines, and decreased productivity. By establishing direction instead of giving directions leaders can create more avenues for diverse thinking creativity and commitment. They will be afforded more time to focus on their way of getting things done and enjoy a healthier work environment. You may put this into practice by having you and your teams create SMART goals. Specific Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bound are the letters in the acronym SMART. It is a commonly used framework that enables teams to collaborate more successfully which allows everyone to be aware of what has to be done and how to track progress. If executed correctly this may result in greater motivation better teamwork and higher work output. A growth attitude must be fostered within teams in order to advance, and part of that is asking for feedback from others (referred above as two-way street) to get new insights

Speed without direction can be counterproductive and harmful. Speed without direction can lead you to the wrong destination or to no destination at all.Direction is what gives speed meaning and direction. Direction is what makes speed effective and sustainable. Having a clear direction and plan is essential for achieving long-term success regardless of the field you are in. While speed is important it's not the top metric that matters. By focusing on direction first and having a clear plan you'll be more likely to achieve your goals in a sustainable and fulfilling way. it ensures that efforts and resources are directed toward achieving specific and purposeful objectives.
