Just do it even if it scares you ☘️

Gradually exposing yourself to the thing you're scared of can help you maintain control and overcome your fear. If you face your fear you might find that it isn't as scary as you thought. For example, if you panic getting into a lift one day, it's best to get back into a lift the next day.

Fear that we might look silly, fear that we’ll fail, a fear that someone might make a comment or tell us we’re not good at what we’re doing, and a fear that they’re right.Feel the fear and do it anyway, because on the other side of that fear is success.  If you stop every time you feared a negative comment or feared someone else would be better than you or that you might fail, then you would never do anything of consequence. And here’s the thing – you WILL fail I can almost guarantee it. I can say that because if you ever look at the lives of people who have made millions, if not billions of dollars, they have actually failed dozens of times. Sometimes hundreds of times. But they worked through that failure and they mastered their fear to become a success.

We don’t have to change from extreme laziness to extreme hard work in a day. Instead we should slowly look to change. We can start with small ways that we approach our work. Then we build that into something incredible. If you start to do this more and more it will start to become habit. It will be a natural approach to tasks. It will become part of who you are and how you approach life.
