Hello sativa family 💐
TRUST IS LIKE A MIRROR ONCE IT IS BROKEN YOU CAN NEVER LOOK AT IT THE SAME AGAIN.

This is speaking metaphorically comparing trust to a valuable fragile object that once broken is very difficult or impossible to restore to its former state. As an observation it’s largely true. A trust once deeply compromised, is very difficult to win back. Things may superficially return to a state resembling the earlier one, but at a deeper level there generally remains a kind of haunting disquiet.
Trust is the most important thing between husband and wife, and in any relationship between friends or employer and employee.etc. Trust is the fact that you can rely on a person 100 per cent in what they say or do. You never need to doubt a person you can trust. That's why it is so precious. It is fragile because trust is demanding . It is so easy to break it with a careless or silly action or a word spoken out of turn between one another. The smallest lie, the slip of confidentiality or the mildest of flirting can break the trust between two people.
If someone said that to you, one thing he/she mustered up a lot of courage. Secondly, they’ve been hurt before so all they are trying to tell you is that don’t hurt them further.
Trust is truly the main element of any successful relationship. Most relationships fail because the people involved in it cannot trust each other. Such a lack of trust fosters vulnerabilities and negative thoughts.
Here’s a list of such things that you must do:
1. PriorityWhenever you are setting your priority list, make sure you assign a high rank to your relationship. You have to give adequate importance to your partner so that they feel loved.
2. Honesty:In any relationship you have to be completely honest about who you are. Only then will your relationship be successful and you’d have the transparency needed for building the trust.
