🥚Hi friends.. Maybe you already know that I have chickens and every day few of amazing fresh eggs..

🐔These days just after winter, my hens started laying more eggs and almost every day there is one with a very weak shell, sometimes even with a thin membrane..

🐩I made a short video for you to have an idea and at the same time to say hello to Charlie.. Of course inside the egg is everything all right and is full of vitamins and proteins.. I give one or two eggs weekly to Charlie..

So what is the problem? Why this use to happens?

This often happens for two reasons, either a lack of vitamin D or calcium. Just as we humans lack vitamin D after the winter, so do chickens. If you then give them shells or ground limestone, it will have no effect. That is why it is recommended a complete feed mixture at least to start a quality laying, within a week this problem should be eliminated.. I solved this problem last year and it works great..

🐔Maybe some of you have or will have hens and this post will help you.. Science is exSCITEing.. 😁🥚
