Approximately 1mm. these geometric "artifacts" are butterfly eggs (Nymphalis antiopa), deposited on a leaf.

Aligned, all the same, following a symmetrical geometric pattern...

Absolutely incredible!!

If you happen to see this on the leaves of your plant, take care of them and admire them! 

Butterflies are one of the most impressive beings in the world, like other bugs that go through different stages in their lives and many times what we finally see (in this case the butterfly) is only a short period of their lives. So if you get to see something like that, you know! For the sake of life on this planet, don't hurt them...

Bugs are fundamental to many things that are sometimes invisible...

We all know that bees are important pollinators, but then there are millions of bugs that have functions in our environment and we must respect the natural balances
