Chelsea join £25m transfer race as Enzo Maresca edges closer to triple summer swoop

Recent Chelsea transfer news suggests the Blues are interested in Borussia Dortmund striker Karim Adeyemi but face competition from Juventus. They are prepared to pay cash for him during the summer transfer window. Bild said last month that the work was worth 30 million euros.

Juventus are the most interested team for the striker, but it now looks like they could be competing with Chelsea. Gazzetta dello Sport claim the Blues have defended their players and now pose a threat to Juventus' hopes of completing a deal.

He scored five goals in 34 appearances for Dortmund last season, but most of them came off the bench. He has played four times for Germany, but has not appeared in international football since 2022 and is currently excluded from the squad for the Euro 2024 tournament.

Chelsea are already heavily involved in the summer transfer market, bringing in new manager Enzo Maresca. Tosin Adarabioyo, Mark Jiu, Omari Kellyman and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall have completed moves to Stamford Bridge, while Esteveo Willian is also set to move next summer.
